WEEK 6: OUR LAST DAY (24/4/2018)

I just can't express my feeling for this day. I feel so blank, so exhausted, so sad at the same time. I know it's a bit tiring ding project and stuff but letting them go at the last day itself make me feel so emotional. Okay enough with this drama. Let's go to whaby choosing tot happen on that day

On that day, we all decided to treat everyone with PIZZA HUT. My teammate just bought a pretty much pizzas with different flavors for everyone(teammates+our kid) to eat. I must say, she made a perfect decision to buy perfect number of pizza and flavors everyone likes.

And after that, we have a certificates given to all participant(school student) who have participate in our project.

Anyway, that's a wrap! I've learned so much being a part of this project. Its sad that it's ending but every thing in this world need to come to an end. Thanks for reading!!

WEEK 5 : GOOD PROGRESSION (17/4/2018)

There's nothing much for last Tuesday. We monitor our kids progression. Did they actually know how productively they can use this portal to actually answer their question? That's what we monitor. Natalie actually a good learner. You know kids this generation is very fast and up-to-date with technology.

The saddest part is it was our second last meeting for our entire project.

WEEK 4: PROGRESSION OF i-LEARN Ace (10/4/2018)

During this session, we monitor how do they actually make use of the function available like mind map, search method, dictionary in i-LEARN Ace. Other than that, they also did their assessment exercises, own mind map and ask us question that they not completely understand.

WEEK 3: Beginning of i-LEARN Ace! (3/4/2018)

We start our beginning by registering the iLearnAce sasbadi portal for 6 months (April-September). It also available in smart phone for the kids to use them conveniently.

We taught them to explore function on Sticky Notes, how to insert Youtube Link, Mind Map, Search method , Quick Test, Dictionary and also Whiteboard usage in the portal. Natalie favourite subject is English and Mathematics. She started to explore the subjects with English. She do practices, referring notes, using dictionary and many more as I stated as our objective for 3rd week.

Week 2 basically about teaching them about the power usage of google. Google is really helpful for searching, but do we actually know that you have the technique to use the google? You can find information you want specifically by just using the techniques.

During this week, Natalie didn't show up because of some reason. So, I guide other kids for this and honestly, I'm actually amazed by this google searching techniques. I'm actually didn't know much about this techniques but this is really helpful for me also. And the kids did really well to understand this kind of techniques.

WEEK 1: GETTING STARTED (13/3/2018)

My Introduction

Hello and Hi. My name is Siti Afzarah Binti Naushad Ali. I'm here for the first time. Before this I've never ever have done blogging. Blogging use to be famous back then but till I'm not that interested because I'm bad at writing. And finally I'm here for some serious work. This blog will be my report writing for my Social Engagement project. This project is about we (my team) need to find sponsorship to subscribe the Sasbadi e-learning portal for the kids (12 years). Each person from my team will be having each kid to monitor. As you know, technology nowadays is very important thing to skill about and also we need to think about the extremely usage of paper. So here it is.

WEEK 1: GETTING STARTED (13/3/2018)

Week 1 is for the ice breaking session. We get to know our kid face-to-face finally. My one is Natalie Law Kar Yan. She's a lot fun, cute, well organized person. During this session, we play a lot of games between the kids so that they get comfortable with us and the surrounding. These kids is a stress buster for me. They make me laugh after a very long time.
